  • If you don't know what the application requirements are.

  • If you are not sure how to proceed with residency matters or which office to contact.

Appointment line

In what cases should I call the order line?

  • The order line is used to order clients to selected workplaces of the Department of Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of the Interior.

This email is for general enquiries about immigration and residency issues. We do not provide information on specific procedures or persons through this email.

In what cases should I write to the email?​

  • You don't know what to do when applying for a residence permit or notifying a change.

  • You have a general question about residence permits for more than 90 days in the Czech Republic.

  • You have a question about the operation of OAMP offices.
