New Information line to communicate the reference number and check the status of the application

Within the Client Centre for Providing Information for Foreigners (+420 974 801 801), the Information line for communicating the reference number and checking the status of the application will now be available under option number 0.

In one phone call, it is possible to communicate the reference numbers and status of application for up to 5 people. Information on the status of application is provided only the Information Portal for Foreigners. The Client Centre cannot provide detailed information on the status of your ongoing proceedings.
