Information for citizens of other EU states on the voting in the European Parliamentary Elections in the Czech Republic

The European Parliamentary Elections will take place in the Czech Republic on Friday June 7, 2024 from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Saturday June 8, 2024 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can vote if you are a citizen of other EU member state over the age of 18 with temporary or permanent residence in the Czech Republic and are registered on the electoral roll.

Under what conditions you can vote?

  • you are a citizen of other EU member state,
  • you have reached the age of 18 no later than June 8, 2024,
  • you have been registered as a permanent or temporary resident for at least 45 days in the Czech Republic on the second polling day,
  • you are registered on the electoral roll for the European Parliamentary Elections kept by the local authorities.
