Deleting duplicate user accounts

As of 19 December 2023, the Information Portal for Foreigners will delete duplicate user accounts created by persons who already have another valid authenticated account.

If you have received a notification email, you already have another account on the Information Portal for Foreigners and your duplicate account has been deleted. To use the Information Portal for Foreigners, do not create a new user account, but log in to your original verified account. User accounts are unique and therefore one person can only have one account.
